Luon Lam, a spy for a Sub-District Chief, spied on the Khmer Rouge. [Lam]opposed the Khmer Rouge and propagandized people to join the CIA. [Lam]freed prisoners secretly and destroyed machinery. On 6 M ay, 1977, [Lam]was arrested by Angkar.
