Sin Leng who was a member of the army of Region 22 allegedly acted traitorously with his network of people in Region 22 against the KR by encouraging youths to flee from the lines, destroying people's agricultural crops, rice as an example, and also allegedly destroyed weapons and ammunition of the KR. He designed plots to overthrow the Party in 1976-77. He was later arrested by Angkar.
ស៊ីន ឡេង ជាសមាជិកយោធានៃតំបន់ ២២ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ ជាមួយបណ្ដាញប្រជាជនរបស់គាត់នៅតំបន់ ២២ ប្រឆាំងនឹង ខ្មែរក្រហម ដោយលើកទឹកចិត្ដយុវជនរត់ចោលជួរ, បំផ្លាញដំណាំ កសិកម្មរបស់ប្រជាជន, ឧទាហរណ៍ដូចជា ស្រូវ និង បានបំផ្លាញ សញ្វវុធ និង អាវុធយុទ្ធភណ្ឌរបស់ខ្មែរក្រហម។ គាត់បានរៀបចំ ផែនការរំលំបក្ស នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦-១៩៧៧។ ក្រោយមកគាត់បាន ចាប់ខ្លួនដោយអង្គការ។
