We see that the people we met and interviewed are important witnesses whose testimonies are reliable and worth meeting and interviewing because the all were former prisoners, prisoner guards, security guards, and those who used to live near the prison during the Khmer Rouge period 1975-79. In addition, there are some factual proofs remaining such as bones, skulls, shackles and chains in the decrepit prison building, which are substantial visible evidence. And there are, however, many other witnesses, namely Touch Roeung, Sak Tam and Phom as mentioned in this report, with whom we have not met and interviewed.
