On July 13, 1999, the Documentation Center of Cambodia sent three staff members to do research in two districts of Kampong Speu province, Phnom Sruoch and Oral. The team was made up of Mr. Sin Khin, Mr. Ouch Samoen and Mr. Long Chandara. we had previously visited Phnom Sruoch District in 1977, but at that time missed two important genocide sites.
