Biography of Ex- Khmer Rouge District Chief of Special Zone 103
- Interview By: Youk Chhang : Ngem Sokhan aka "Camrade Meng " -1970 attended secondary school. -After coup d'Etat, March 18, 1970, dropped from school. -August 30, 1970 joint the liberation Front of Kampuchea (Ronakse). 1970-78: - served as peronal Secretary of Camrade Chan Saren aka "Mann". -07/75 appointed as Vice President of Transportation of zone 103, 15/5/78 escaped to Lao because KR from SW (neara-dei) want to assassinate him. The he moved to Thailand on 11/12/78. -15/04/79 returned to Cambodia.06/06/90 returned to his present home village as farmer. |
