Soeng Krin aka Nguon, secretary of company, division 164, confessed that on April 24, 1976, Seng received the plot from Nget to gather military materials like weapons, ammunitions, portable radios, telegrams, radios and foodstuffs, to prepare to attack the party and to build up hidden forces in party line in order to destroy the party in the future.
សឹង គ្រិន ហៅ ងួន លេខាអនុសេនាធំ កងពល១៦៤ បាន និយាយថា នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤-៤-១៩៧៦ សេង បានទទួលផែន ការក្បត់ពី ង៉ែត អោយដើរប្រមូលសម្ភារៈសឹក អាវុធ គ្រាប់រំសេវ តេអូរ ទូរលេខ វិទ្យុ និងស្បៀងដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយបក្ស និងកសាង កម្លាំងបង្កប់ក្នុងបក្សដោយកមេ្ទចបក្សនៅថ្ងៃខាងមុខ។
