Soeng Krin aka Nguon, secretary of company, division 164, confessed that Chakk Siep was a more freely soldiers. Siep agreed to accept what the committee cell educated him, but when he was out of the committee he still the same as freely person. Because of seeing that point, Nguon persuaded him to betray the party.
សឹង គ្រិន ហៅ ងួន លេខាអនុសេនាធំ កងពល១៦៤ បាន និយាយថា ចាក់ សៀប ជាយុទ្ធជនសេរីខ្លាំង ពេលគណៈកងអប់រំ សៀប ទទួលកែប្រែ តែពេលចេញមកវិញនៅតែសេរីដដែល។ មើលឃើញចំណុចនេះ ខ្លួន«ងួន»បានអប់រំ ចាក់ សៀប អោយក្បត់បក្ស។
