Svay Yan aka Sem, soldier of handicap office 62, confessed that Kheng, soldier of handicap office 62, Ta Khmao, was a revolutionary traitorous force because of Khim aka On and Svay Yan introduced Kheng. In July 1976, Kheng received the plot from Loas Sruoch aka Loas Run, group chief, to build up preparing forces in order to attack the revolution and kill the core forces.
ស្វាយ យ៉ន ហៅ សែម យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរពិការ ៦២ ឆ្លើយពី ខេង យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរពិការ ៦២ តាខ្មៅ ថាៈជាជនក្បត់បដិវត្ដតាមការអប់រំ ឃោសនារបស់ឈ្មោះ ឃឹម ហៅ អុន និង វា«ស្វាយ យ៉ន»។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ខេង ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី លាស់ ស្រួច ហៅ លាស់ រុន ប្រធានក្រុម អោយកសាងកម្លាំងត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ និងស៊ើបរកកម្លាំងសំខាន់ៗដើម្បីកំទេចចោល។
