Svay Yan aka Sen, soldier of handicap office 62, confessed that in July 1976 Vann, soldier of handicap office 62, received the plot from Loas Sruoch aka Loas Run, group chief, to build up forces and to find out the core forces in order to kill them. But, after the Angkar took measures to arrest them, Vann fled from the unit.
ស្វាយ យ៉ន ហៅ សែម យុទ្ធជននៅ មន្ទីរពិការ ៦២ សារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន់ យុទ្ធជន នៅ មន្ទីរពិការ ៦២ ថាៈ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ វ៉ាន់ចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការពី លាស់ ស្រួច ហៅ រុន ប្រធានក្រុម អោយកសាងកម្លាំង និងសេុីបរកកម្លាំងសំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីកំទេច។ តែដល់អង្គការមានវិធានការទាន់ វ៉ាន់ ក៏រត់ចេញពី អង្គភាពបាត់។
