Svay Matt, 41, of Prek Pha-av Village, Kampong Kong sub-district, Koh Thom district, Kandal province, joined the CIA at a private junior school of Angkor with Choem being an acceptor. Choem advised Matt to build up more and more forces, made efforts to search for Khmer Rouge undercover forces with teacher and student cycle, and inspired students to go against the Khmer Rouge. Since his integration, Thuon contacted and carried out continuous activities with his network. In 1975, after having a meeting with Sut, Thuon called upon his network to rally at his house, as planned by Sut. Thuon continued to conduct this activity until Angkar made his arrest on [15 March 1978]. In the confession, Thuon was also implicated.
ស្វាយ ម៉ាត់ អាយុ ៤១ កើតនៅភូមិព្រែកផ្អាវ ឃុំកំពង់កុង ស្រុកកោះធំ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល បានចូលបំរើអង្គការសេអ៊ីអានៅ អនុវិទ្យាល័យឯកជនអង្គរដោយមានឈ្មោះ ចឺម ជាអ្នកទទួលស្គាល់។ ចឺម បានណែនាំឱ្យខិតខំកងសាងកំលាំងឱ្យបានច្រើន ស៊ើបពិនិត្យ ស្រាវជ្រាវរកខ្សែបង្កប់របស់ខ្មែរក្រហមនៅក្នុងគ្រូៗ និង សិស្ស បំផុសចនាសិស្សឱ្យប្រឆាំងជាមួយខ្មែរក្រហម ។ ចាប់តាំងពីចូល មកធួនបានទាក់ទងធ្វើសកម្មភាពជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ជាមួយបក្សពួក ។ ១៩៧៥ នៅពេលមកពីប្រជុំជាមួយ ស៊ិត វិញ ធួនបានហៅ បក្សពួកមកប្រជុំនៅផ្ទះរបស់ខ្លួនផ្ទាល់ ដែលមានមនុស្សចំនួន ១០នាក់ចូលរួម ។ ខ្លឹមសាសំខាន់គឺ ធួន ណែនាំឱ្យខិតខំកសាង កម្លាំង និងចលនាប្រជាជន តាមផែនការរបស់ ស៊ិត ដាក់ឱ្យ ។ ធួន បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពនេះរហូតដល់ថ្ងៃអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន «១៥-៣-១៩៧៨»។ នៅក្នុងចំលើយសារភាពនេះមាន បញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះបក្សពួកដែលជាប់ក្នុង ចំលើយរបស់ ធួន ។
