បញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះអ្នកទោសចូលមន្ទីរឃុំឃាំងក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧-១៩៧៨ មានចំនួន ៤៨នាក់។ ក្នុងនោះមានអ្នកទោសមួយចំនួនជានិស្សិត មកពីបរទេស។
