កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Sokh Nann and Ty Sivatha, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Khy Say, worker of factory T-4, joined the CIA in 1973 through the Humanitarian Organization. Before April 17, Khy Say convinced workers of Sin Heng factory to protest against the communism regime and warned his neighbors not to listen to the Front radio broadcasting. After April 17, Khy Say convinced workers to go against the revolution, to disrupt the machinery process and to destroy wood furnitures.
សុខ ណាន់ និង ទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឃី សាយ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ទទួលស្គាល់ដោយអង្គការមនុស្សធម៌។ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា ឃី សាយ បំផុសកម្មកររោងចក្រស៊ិន ហេង ឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងហាមឃាត់អ្នកជិតខាងមិនឱ្យស្ដាប់វិទ្យុរណសិរ្ស។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ, ធ្វើឱ្យរអាក់រអួលម៉ាស៊ីន និងបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈដែកឈូស និងគ្រឿងឈើជាច្រើន។
