Sokh Nann, worker of T-4, and Ty Sovatha, worker of T-4, confessed that Khy Say, worker of factory T-4, entered the CIA in 1973 at a humanitarian organization. Before the liberation day, Say induced Sin Heng to stage anti-communism demonstration. After the liberation day, Say joined Say Sarin and Hao Seng in urging workers to against the revolution.
សុខ ណាន់ កម្មករត-៤ និង ទី សុវត្ថា កម្មករត-៤ ឆ្លើយឈ្មោះ ឃី សាយកម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នៅ អង្គការមនុស្សធម៌។ មុនថ្ងៃរំដោះ បំផុសកម្មករស៊ិនហេង ឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះ ចូលរួមជាមួយ សយ សារិន និង ហោ សេង បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
