Sokn Hann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Lim Sikara, worker of factory T-4, studied at grade 3 and joined the CIA in 1975. Lim Sikara convinced workers to demonstrate against the communist regime, to provoke the food regime, and to damage three machines.
