Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Happ Seng Thai, worker of factory T-4, was a former worker of medical supply, joined the CIA, and worked as a soldier in 1974. Seng Thai convinced workers to go against the communist regime and volunteered to join the army.
សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះហាប់ សេងថៃ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ សេងថៃ អតីតកម្មករបរិក្ខាពេទ្យ ជា សេអ៊ីអា និងចូលធ្វើទាហាននៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ សេងថៃ បានបំផុស កម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងរបបកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងឱ្យចូលធ្វើកងអាសាស្ម័គ្រ។
