Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Thai Phang aka Yorn, worker of factory T-4, joined the CIA in 1974 with Kung Sam-Ol, working at a Humanitarian Organization being an acceptor and a teacher being an introducer. After April 17, Thai Pheng's activities had the links with CIA network such as Net Sophal, Ching Song Leng, and Say Sarin to carry out anti-revolutionary activities.
សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះថៃ ផង ហៅ យន កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ ចូលសេអ៊ីនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ អ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ គង់ សំអុល ធ្វើការនៅអង្គការមនុស្សធម៌អ្នកនាំចូលគ្រូបង្រៀន។ សកម្មភាពក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា ថៃ ផេង បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអា ជាមួយបក្ខពួកដូចជា នេត សុផល, ជឹង សុងឡេង និងសយ សារិន ដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
