Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Suos Say, working at Kim Chhai Hang, joined the CIA in 1974 with boss Kim Chhai Hang being an introducer and industry director Tep Than being an acceptor. Before April 17, Say convinced workers to against the communism regime. After April 17, Say provoked problems in respect of food and work assignment.
