Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Nhoung Saroeun, worker of Kim Chhai Hang factory, joined the CIA through boss Thai Seng's nephew. Before April 17, Saroeun persuaded workers to stage anti-communism demonstration and to love the CIA. After April, Saroeun stirred up trouble with Angkar over food and work assignment.
