Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Chea Chann, worker of Kim Chhai Hang factory, joined the CIA before April 17 with boss of Kim Chhai Hang factory being an introducer and acceptor. Chann convinced workers of the factory to hate the communism regime and to think of inadequate food.
