Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Thai Pheng aka Yorn, worker of factory T-4, joined the CIA in 1974 and had the links with CIA network: Net Sophal, Ching Song Leng and Say Sarin to carry out anti-revolutionary activities. Thai Pheng convinced workers to against the revolutionary regime.
សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពី ថៃ ផេង ហៅ យន កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ហើយបានភ្ជាប់ បណ្ដាញសេអ៊ីអាៈ នេត សុផល, ជីង សុងលេង និង សាយ សារិន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ថៃ ផេង បានបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ។
