Sokh Hakk aka Sou, Chief of Sa-ang District Work Site, Region 25, said he was introduced into CIA in 1974 with Ta Chey being a nominator and Bang Areak an acceptor. Sou took the responsibility for mobilize and expand forces throughout the district of region and educated people infiltrated into the authority and maintained long-term secrecy. After the liberation, Sou received the plot from Areak to infiltrate 84 Vietnamese cadre into Koh Thom district, 20 into Leuk Dek district and 10 more were added. In 1977, in Region 33, for Em Sou brought the number of 50 infiltrators after 20 more were dispatched into Region 33 from 1976 to 1977. In total, 364 Vietnamese infiltrators were sent in for 2 years from 1976 to 1977.
សុខ ហាក់ ហៅ ស៊ូប្រធានការដ្ឋានស្រុកស្អាង តំបន់ ២៥ បាននិយាយថាខ្លួនត្រូវបាន តាជ័យឧទេសនាម និងបង អក្សរកទទួលស្គាល់ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ។ បន្ទាប់មកស៊ូមានភារៈកិច្ច ត្រូវប្រមូលនិងកសាងកំលាំងឱ្យបានពេស ពេញក្នុងស្រុកក្នុងតំបន់អប់រំ កំលាំងដែលបង្កប់ក្នុងរដ្ឋអំណាច រក្សាការសម្ងាត់ឱ្យបានយូអង្វែង ។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ស៊ូបានទទួល ផែនការពីបងអក្សរកដដែល ឱ្យបង្កប់កម្មាភិបាលយួននៅ ស្រុកកោះធំបាន ៨៤នាក់ ស្រុកលើកដែកបាន ២០នាក់ ក្រោយមកបង្កប់បាន ១០នាក់ថែមទៀត ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ នៅតំបន់ ៣៣ តាមរយៈ អែម ស៊ូបានបង្កប់បាន ២០នាក់ទៀត សរុបនៅតំបន់ ៣៣ តាំងពី ១៩៧៦-១៩៧៧ បាន ៥០នាក់ ។ ដូចនេះការងារបញ្ចូលបង្កប់យួនរយៈពេល ២ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦-១៩៧៧ សរុបបាន ៣៦៤នាក់ ។
