This telegram was about situation of some enemy. Thorn Said that a big gang of yuon conquered three provinces. Obviously, there were 30 people arrived at Ouyadav. Hang said about the people's food shortage, overwork, and in north east zone people were lack of food in district 81, 82, 83 region 107. The activity of louch was idle. This is reported by Roeun to Brother 89, 81.
