Sokh Moeun aka Mon, cadre of battalion, unit 502, confessed that in 1970, Bora joined the revolution with Vietnam and was introduced to be a member of labor party. Bora received the plot from Vietnam to spread propaganda and encourage Vietnamese influence to be stronger in all fields and to persuade soldiers to disgust the revolutionary Angkar. Then, Nuon Sambo assigned Bora to convince people and soldiers of rumors meant to attack the party guideline everywhere in the liberation area, going against the Angkar's circular and fleeing from their line and straight to enemy's area.
សុខ មឿន ហៅ ម៉ុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូចអង្គភាព៥០២ បាន និយាយថា នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ បូរ៉ា ចូលបដិវត្ដជាមួយវៀតណាម និងបាបញ្ចូលជាសមាជិកបក្សពលករ។ បូរ៉ាបានទទួលភារកិច្ច ពីវៀតណាមគឺឃោសនាលើកទ្ធិពលរបស់វៀតណាមថាខ្លាំងគ្រប់ផ្នែក បំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយស្អប់អង្គការបដិវត្ដ។ ក្រោយមកនួន សំបូរបាន ចាត់តាំង បូរ៉ា អោយបំផុសពាក្យចចាមអារាម ដែលមានន័យវាយ មាគ៌ាបក្ស ពាសពេញតំបន់រំដោះ បំផុសទំនាស់រវាងប្រជាជន និងកងទ័ព ប្រឆាំឹងនឹងសារាចរដែលអង្គការដាក់ចុះ បំផុសយុទ្ធជន អោយរត់ចោលជួរ និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជននិងប្រជាជន អោយរត់ទៅ នៅដីខ្មាំង។
