Sokh Moeun aka Mon, cadre of battalion, unit 502, confessed that in May 1975, Noeun received the plot from Set to negotiate with soldiers at Prek Chik military base and captain Doeun. After that Noeun received the plot again from Choeun [arrested by the Angkar], Committee of Pea Reang district, to strongly provoke turmoil anti-revolutionary activities, to convince soldiers, militiaman and people, to get angry with each other, to persuade solders and people to flee from their line and into the enemy's lands.
សុខ មឿន ហៅ ម៉ុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូចអង្គភាព៥០២ បាន និយាយថា នៅខែ៥ ១៩៧៥ នឿន បានទទួលផែនការណ៍ក្បត់ពី សែត អោយចរចារជាមួយទាហាននៅបន្ទាយព្រែកជីក និងជា មួយសក្ដិបី ឌឿន។ ក្រោយមក នឿន បានទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី ជឿន គណៈស្រុកពារាំង«ចាប់ហើយ»អោយបំផុសចលនាប្រឆាំង នឹងបដិវត្ដអោយខ្លាំង បំផុសយុទ្ធជន ឈ្លប និងប្រជាជនអោយ ទំនាស់គ្នាបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ចោលជួរ និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជន និងប្រជាជនអោយរត់ទៅនៅដីខ្មាំង។
