Sokh Moeun aka Mon, cadre of battalion, unit 502, confessed that in November 1972, Chann received a plot from Nuon Sambo to provoke soldiers and people into breaking up solidarity, and to provoke turmoil in the back front in order to cause the Angkar to withdraw troop from the frontline to intervene in the back front in an attempt to cease the process of the attack. Moreover, [Chann]took responsible for strengthening hidden forces in the revolutionary line and convincing people to disgust the revolutionary regime.
សុខ មឿន ហៅ ម៉ុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូចអង្គភាព៥០២ បាន និយាយថា នៅខែ១១-១៩៧២ ចាន់ បានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី នួន សំបូរ អោយបង្កទំនាស់អោយបែកបាក់ទាំងក្នុងជួរកងទ័ព និងប្រជាជន បង្កើតចលាចលផេ្សងៗនៅខាងក្រោយ ដើម្បីអោយអង្គការដកកម្លាំង ខាងមុខមកទប់ទល់ខាងក្រោយ ធ្វើអោយស្ទះការ វាយសំរុកទៅមុខ។ ពង្រីកកម្លាំងបង្កប់ចូលក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ បំផុសប្រជាជនអោយស្អប់ របបបដិវត្ដ។
