Sokh Moeun aka Mon, cadre of battalion, unit 502, confessed that in October 1975, Leang received a plot from Horn, cadre of regiment of division 502, to destroy big and small lamps and electric ware along airport road and to convince soldiers to work lazily. After that, in November 1975, Leang received the plot from Peou Sorn [arrested by the Angkar] to steal everywhere in division, to provoke conflict with airport security person. Leang received the plot from Peou Sorn and Saom Uong [arrested by the Angkar] to establish a plan to destroy Pochentong airport.
សុខ មឿន ហៅ ម៉ុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូចអង្គភាព៥០២ បាន និយាយថា នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៥ លាង បានទទួលផែនការពី ហ៊ន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាធំកងពល៥០២ អោយបំផ្លាញអំពូលភ្លើងតូច ធំ និងខ្សែភ្លើងតាមផ្លូវយន្ដហោះចុះ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយខ្ជីខ្ជាលើ ការងារ។ ក្រោយមកនៅខែ១១-១៩៧៥ លាង ទទួលផែនការពី ពៅ ស៊ន «ចាប់ហើយ»អោយបង្កសកម្មភាពលួចពាសពេញ ក្នុងកងពល បង្កទំនាស់ជាមួយអ្នកយាមក្នុងព្រលានយន្ដហោះ និងផនការវាយពោធិចិនតុងពី ពៅ ហ៊ន និង សោម អ៊ូង «ចាប់ហើយ»។
