This was a report on traitorous activity of Set Kha, a new person, and working as a former military corporal, who carried out activities in November 1977, such as traveling freely at night and stealing something. He was sent to comrade Nin's re-educated office once; and he then was set free.
សូមរាយការណ៍អំពីសកម្មភាពរក្បត់បស់ ឈ្មោះ សែត ខា ប្រជាជនថ្មី មុខងារជាទាហានពាក់អាស៊ឺដង់ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ ខែ ១១ ដើរហើរនៅពេលយប់ស្ងាត់ ហើយលួចនេះលួច នោះ បានយកទៅអប់រំកន្លែង ស.ម និន ម្ដងរួចលែងទៅវិញ។
