សូមគោរពរាយការណ៍ជូនអង្គការ នូវសកម្មភាពកម្មករឈ្មោះ ស៊ឹង អឿង។ ឈ្មោះនេះមានទីលំនៅ សង្កាត់យិញត្រាល់ ស្រុកយិញឡើយ ខេត្ដបាក់លីវ កម្ពុជាក្រោម ប្រពន្ធឈ្មោះ ត្រឹង ងួន នៅភូមិជាមួយ គ្នា។ បានបំផុសបំផុលមហាជនថា ធ្វើបដិវត្ដលុះត្រា តែលុបអក្សរ ជាតិចេញ ហើយបង្កើតអក្សរអ្វីមកជំនួសវិញទើប ត្រឹមត្រូវ។ បាន លើកគុណសម្បត្ដិពីស្រុកយួន មកបញ្ជាក់ក្នុងមហាជន ហើយបង្ហាញទិស ដោយយួនពីបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងទៅអនាគត។
