Main Crime Details :

The death of my father, Yean Num
My father, Yean Num, died from disease, diarrhea, malnutrition and a lack of medical treatment. He died in the house in which he was living in 1978. He received such a small amount of rations, only two or three ladles of rice soup per day. Num Vet, my daughter, Num Phou, my son, Num Sokharath, my son, and I witnessed the incident. I think a village chief named Ouk Yoeun is responsible for the death of my father. |

Other Crime :

Beating my younger and older brothers-in-law to death with an axe
Din, a chief of the Tauch village, Kram Snay commune, Srae Knong district, used an axe to beat Sek Sran, my older brother-in-law and Pok Sambo, my younger brother-in-law to death. Din, who was later killed by people after the Vietnamese arrived, beat my brothers-in-law to death under my house. At the time, my house was located in the Tauch village, Kram Snay commune, Srae Knong district. At noon, Din and Muon (deceased), two militiamen, came to arrest my brothers-in-law and beat them to death under my house, because they accused them of being KGB agents. Mok Nang, my first wife (deceased), my relatives (deceased), and I witnessed the incident. I think that they were executed, because they were 17th of April people. Prior to the Pol Pot regime, Sek Saran, was a teacher in Chhouk high school, and later served as colonel at Phnom Penh. My younger brother-in-law was also a soldier. They were executed, because they were Lon Nol civil servants. Ta Din must be held responsible for their deaths. They killed my brothers-in-law in late 1978. In 1983, I participated in petitioning with other villagers, but I do not recall this. These days, I want to file the application form to prosecute the Khmer Rouge, and I want to the court to prosecute the Khmer Rouge soon. I always follow the trials on the radio. |
