Bin Ban aka Bo, secretary of Peam Chileang district, region 21, 34, was born in Beus sub-district, Kroch Chhma district, Region 21. Lim was a spy educating Bo on the revolutionary situation with 300 Riel per month of salary. In 1970, Chhaom Savat held a meeting with the participation of Chea Lim, Chhai Chhan,Chhai Phin, Set, and Bo, and other 5 people. The content was to counter the revolution and caused it to sustain setback in the future. From 1971 through 1972, Chhaom Savat called upon the old network to rally at a meeting and lay out the plots to keep things confidential, instigate village and sub-district authority and soldiers to serve as a monk and to expand more forces. From 1974 to 1975, his activities were normal. There was a meeting at Nun Sany near Chup market [old]with the participation of Chann, Mon, Liphen, Bun Sany, Koem, Chum, Pha, Chhaom Savat, Mai Chou, and Chakrei. The agenda of the meeting was to prepare trucks, canoes, medicines, ammunitions, and foodstuff to strike the party on 30 September 1975 with the support of Vietnam. Then, the activities were delayed. From 1976 to 1977, Bo went to local areas to allocate forces to conduct successive activities on 1 June 1977. Chao Mut was captured by Angkar.
ប៊ិន បាន ហៅ បូ លេខាស្រុកពាមជីលាំងទំបន់ ២១ មានអាយុ ៣៤ឆ្នាំកើតនៅឃុំបឺស ស្រុកក្រូចឆ្មារតំបន់ ២១ ។ លីម ជាគិញ បានអប់រំ បូ ឱ្យស៊ើបការណ៍ពីបដិវត្ដន៍ ដោយឱ្យប្រាក់ខែ ៣០០រៀល ក្នុង១ខែ ។ ១៩៧០ ឆោមសាវ៉ាតបានបើកប្រជុំមួយដែលមាន សមាសភាពចូលរួមគឺ ជា លីម, ឆៃ ឆន, ឆៃ ភិន, សេត និង បូ និងមានមនុស្ស ៥នាក់ទៀតចូលរួមដែរ ។ ខ្លឹមសារគឺប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ ធ្វើឱ្យបដិវត្ដន៍បរាជ័យពេលខាងមុខ ។ ១៩៧១-១៩៧២ ឆោម សាវ៉ាត បានហៅខ្សែចាស់មកប្រជុំ និងដាក់ផែនការឱ្យរក្សាការ សម្ងាត់ បង្កទំនាស់រវាងរដ្ឋអំណាចភូមិឃុំ និងកងទ័ព បំផុសយុទ្ធជន ឱ្យបួស ពង្រីកកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត ។ ដល់១៩៧៤-១៩៧៥ មានសកម្មភាពជាធម្មតា ។ មានការប្រជុំមួយនៅកន្លែង ន៊ុន សានី ក្បែរផ្សារជប់ចាស់ សមាសភាពចូលរួមមាន ចាន់, ម៉ុន, លីផែន, ប៊ុនសានី, កឹម, ជុំ, ផា, ឆោម សាវ៉ាត, ម៉ៃ ជូ, ចក្រី ខ្លឹមសានៃអង្គប្រជុំគឺឱ្យត្រៀមឡាន កាណូត ថ្នាំពេទ្យ គ្រាប់រំសេវ អាវុធ ស្បៀង ដើម្បីវាយបក្ស ថ្ងៃ៣០-៩-១៩៧៥ ដោយមាន យួនជួយគាំទ្រ ។ បន្ទាប់មកសកម្មភាពនេះត្រូវបានផ្អាកវិញដល់ ១៩៧៦-១៩៧៧ បូបានចុះមូលដ្ឋានចាត់ចែងកម្លាំងក្បត់ធ្វើ សកម្មភាពជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់រហូត ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១-៦-១៩៧៧ ត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង ។
