Pon was indoctrinated to serve in CIA by Chhun Yaung. The CIA's task was responsible for convincing [people who could serve in treason mevement]to work for traitorous line, but we did not try to persuade [people who disagree with us]to join the traitorous line; instead of that we pushed them to flee home. Another task of CIA was to build up more CIA forces. Pon continuously built up 15 forces; among these there were 4 women. Pon assigned woman Rem, Run, Thoeun to induce soldier of having sexual misconduct, to raise the private problem, own position and to often persuade of freely drinking andeating.
ប៉ុន ត្រូវបាន ឈុន យ៉ូង អប់រំឱ្យចូលក្នុងក្រុមសេអ៊ីអា របស់ អាមេរិក។ ភារៈកិច្ចប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដរបស់សេអ៊ីអាគឺ បើនរណាអាច ឃោសនាអូសទាញឱ្យមកនៅក្នុងខ្សែក្បត់បានត្រូវអូសទាញ បើនរណា បាត់ស្មារតីអប់រំមិនបាននឹងនរ ត្រូវជំរុញឱ្យរត់ទៅ ផ្ទះវិញ និង ភារៈកិច្ចមួយទៀតគឺកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាឱ្យបាន ច្រើនជាក់ស្ដែង។ ប៉ុនកសាងកម្លាំងជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់បានចំនួន ១៥ នាក់ក្នុងនោះមានស្រី ៤នាក់។ ប៉ុន បានចាត់តាំងនារី រ៉េម, រុន, ធឿន, ដែលជាអ្នកជិតស្និត ឱ្យដើរបំផុសខាងសីលធម៌ដើម្បី អូសទាញយុទ្ធជន ហើយបានបំផុសពីបញ្ហាកម្មសិទ្ធិឯកជន មុខមាត់ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និងបំពុលខាងសីលធម៌ពាលាអាវាសែ ស៊ីផឹក សេរីជាញឹកញាប់។
