Pol Choeun, Political Company of Division 290, and Sok Tort, Deputy Chief of Group, Division 290, confessed that in August 1975, Chann indoctrinated Choeun to betray the revolution. In October 1975, Chann managed plan and gave it to his network to destroy Stung Slaut Bridge. In December 1975, Chann often had meeting with his network to review and strengthen traitorous forces, and to set treacherous plans to his network to carry out.
ប៉ុល ជឿន នយោបាយវរសេនាធំ កងពល ២៩០ និង សុក ទត អនុក្រុមកងពល ២៩០ បានសារភាពថានៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ ចាន់បាន អប់រំ ជឿន ឱ្យក្បត់។ ខែ ១០-១៩៧៥ ចាន់ ដាក់ផែនការផ្ដាច់ ស្ពានស្ទឹងស្លូតឱ្យបក្ខពួកអនុវត្ដ។ ខែ១២-១៩៧៥ ចាន់ បាន ប្រជុំបក្ខពួកញឹកញាប់ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពង្រឹងស្មារតីកម្លាំងក្បត់ និងដាក់ផែនការក្បត់ឱ្យបក្ខពួកអនុវត្ដ។
