2nd-class lieutenant, Patt Sokh San, hiding in Chakk Angre iron warehouse, confessed that Lim Song, deputy chief of Chakk Angre iron warehouse, was a former 1st class lieutenant, joined the C.I.A in 1971, and took responsible to spy on the situation in Kroch district, region 21. In November 1975, the Angkar assigned Lim Song to work in Phnom Penh City; in June 1976, he joined the meeting and accepted plan to destroy equipment warehouse, and sawmill, secretly burnt down houses, and disconnected electric current.
ប៉ាត់ សុខសាន សក្កិ១ បង្កប់នៅឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ បានសារភាព ថា លឹម សុង អនុប្រធានក្រុមឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ និងជាអតីតទា ហានពាក់សក្កិ ២ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ និងបានដើរ ស៊ើបយកការណ៍នៅតំបន់ ២១ ស្រុកក្រូចឆ្មា។ ខែ១១-១៩៧៥ អង្គការបានបញ្ជូន សុង ឱ្យមកបំពេញភារកិច្ចនៅភំ្នពេញ។ ខែ៦-១៩៧៦ បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការកំទេចឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈ កំទេចរោង អារឈើ លួចដុតផ្ទះ និងលួចកាត់ខ្សែភើ្លង។
