So Chhan aka Chhem confessed that between 1977 and 1978 Rin, chief of staff office, region 24, often attended the meeting with his network. The aims of the meeting was that to strengthen forces, to find way to connect with Vietnam, to clearly identify situation and geographic area and to prepare special forces in order against the revolution.
សូ ឆន ហៅ ឆែម បានសារភាពថា រីន ប្រធានសេនាធិការតំបន់ ២៤ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយបក្សពួកជាច្រើនលើកក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ និង ១៩៧៨ ខ្លឹមសាររបស់អង្គប្រជុំគឺ ពង្រឹងកម្លាំង រកវិធីទាក់ទង ជាមួយ យួន និងក្ដាប់ភូមិសាស្ដ្រផ្លូវឱ្យច្បាស់ និងរៀបចំកម្លាំង កងពិសេស ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបន្ដក្នុងការប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
