កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Pann Phat received the indoctrination from Khoeun to walk on seedling during the seedling were grown, to pretend to be sick during work hours, to steal 1 bag of medicines to give to his parents and to cut down panamas trees. During the sleeping time, Phat was inserted into CIA on November 27, 1976 by Chet, Khoeun, Sarakk, At and Son because Phat did well on carrying the activities above. In the same report, there were 3 more people reported on the their activities to revolt against the revolution with the name list of their networks.
