Yim Oeun, working in 50-member cell of Phsar Thmei rice warehouse, confessed that in 1975, under the assignment of Oeun, Liep aka Chheng indoctrinated Ham to look for poisons. Sup Khan aka Voeun, deputy chief of group 1, cell 31, municipal commerce, confessed that Oeun assigned Ham to look for gasoline in order to provide for traitorous partisans. In May 1976, Ham joined the meeting to receive traitorous plan from Sinuon to destroy the revolution.
យឹម អឿន កងហាឃ្លាំងអង្ករផ្សារថ្មី បានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ អឿន ចាត់តាំង ឈ្មោះ លៀប ហៅ ឆេង ឱ្យអូសទាញ ហំ។ ពេលអូសទាញ ហំ បានហើយចាត់តាំងឱ្យរកថ្នាំពុល។ ស៊ុប ខន ហៅ វឿន អនុក្រុម ១ កង ៣១ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុងឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ អឿន ចាត់តាំងឈ្មោះ ហំ ឱ្យរកបេ្រងសាំងទុកផ្ដល់ ឱ្យបក្ខពួកក្បត់។ នៅខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ហំ បានចូលប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការពី ស៊ីនួន ឱ្យបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ។
