So Chhan aka Chhem confessed that Um, secretary of regiment 1, division 5, attended 4-rounds meeting in 1978. The purpose of the meeting was that to find way to kill the Angkar's soldiers, to additionally strengthen traitorous forces, and to scatter forces to carry out the traitorous activity.
សូ ឆន ហៅ ឆែម បានសារភាពថា អ៊ុំ លេខាវរសេនាធំទី ១ កងពលទី ៥ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ៤ ដងក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៨។ ខ្លឹមសារ នៃអង្គប្រជុំគឺ រកវិធីសម្លាប់ទ័ពអង្គការ ពង្រីកកម្លាំងក្បត់បន្ថែម និងដាក់ពង្រាយកម្លាំងធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់។
