Khou Chhang Se, professor of Tuol Kok high school from 1972-1975, activated CIA, propagandized against revolutionary Kampuchea Angkar. After on April 17, 1975, propagandized the people against the revolution then Angkar arrested on January 08, 1978.
ឃូ ឆាងសែ សាស្ដ្រចារ្យវិទ្យាល័យទួលគោក ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ដល់ ១៩៧៥ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអា ឃោសនាវាយអង្គការបដិវត្ដន៍កម្ពុជា ថាៈ ជាខ្ញុំកញ្ជះយៀកកុង បង្កប់កម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអានៅតាមរោងចក្រ។ ក្រោយ ថ្ងៃទី១៧-មេសា-១៩៧៥ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ និងធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ រហូតដល់អង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅ ថ្ងៃទី ០៨ មករា ១៩៧៦។
