Radio broadcast from Vientiane and Cambodia warned the US and Thailand. In the wake of the presence of Mayages warship and churches, many spies from Thailand intruded into Cambodia. Cambodian radio taking an independent political view did not respond to the rumor of Khieu Samphan's assassination. Vietnamese protesters in Prey Nokor continued destroying Non-Revolutionary Culture and Literature. Accordingly, the unemployment rate went up. The government in Prey Nokor did not approve of the return of refugees. Instead, it tried to solve the situation in which two million peoples were starving there.
វិទ្យុផ្សាយចេញពី វៀងចាន់ និង កម្ពុជា ព្រមានដល់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និង ថៃ។ ដោយមាននាវាម៉ាយ៉ាហេ្គស និង ព្រះវិហារ ពួកចារកម្មថៃ ធ្វើចូលគំរាមកំហែងកម្ពុជា។ វិទ្យុកម្ពុជាដែលប្រកាន់នយោបាយ អព្យាក្រិតមិនបានឆ្លើយនឹងពាក្យចចាមអារាមដែលថា ខៀវ សំផន ត្រូវគេសម្លាប់។ បាតុករជនជាតិវៀតណាមនៅព្រៃនគរ បន្ដកំទេច វប្បធម៌ និង អក្សរសាស្ដ្រមិនមែនបដិវត្ដន៍ ដូចេ្នះអត្រាមនុស្សអត់ ការងារធ្វើកើនឡើង។ រដ្ឋាភិបាលព្រៃនគរមិនព្រមអនុម័តលើ ការវិលត្រលប់ជនភៀសខ្លួនចូលស្រុកវិញ។ ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ រដ្ឋការ បែរជាខំដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រជាជនអត់បាយ២លាននាក់ នៅព្រៃនគរ។
