Vientiane radios : The Chinese Civilian Airline asked for a permission to fly across Laos for Beijing-Phnom Penh airway preparation across Vientiane by Air Ilyosin 18 and Air Boeing 707. Phnom Penh radios : the Cambodian roles in the new revolutionary society in which grandmothers looked after their grandchildren. Thai Government decided to expel all Cambodian refugees from Thailand but not specifying deadline. The United Nations declared that Cambodian and Vietnamese refugees in the US camps who wanted to return should submit forms to delegates of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees or to the regional Red Cross representatives
