So Chhan aka Chhem confessed to the activities of Phal, working in company 169, division 3, eastern zone. Phal attended the meeting with the traitorous networks in order to prepare plan to attack the revolution in 1977-78.
សូ ឆន ហៅ ឆែម បានសារភាពពីសកម្មភាពរបស់ ផល អនុវរសេ នាធំ ១៦៩ កងពលលេខ ៣ ភូមិភាគបូព៌ាចូលរួមប្រជុំ ជាមួយក្រុម ក្បត់ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧-១៩៧៨ ដើម្បីរៀបគំរោងការ ក្បត់។
