The story that I have remembered during the Khmer Rouge era was that I lost a lot of family members and relatives. The Khmer Rouge arrested former soldiers and tied their hands up with a cotton thread if there was someone who dared to break it, so the one would be taken to be killed by the Khmer Rouge. The elder people were afraid of young people. I am living with my wife who is paralyzed in one arm and one eye. Currently I am suffering from waist pain, kidney disease, a disabled left-leg, and hypertension
រឿងរ៉ាវដែលខ្ញុំចងចាំនៅសម័យខ្មែរក្រហមគឺ ខ្ញុំត្រូវបាត់បង់បងប្អូនសាច់ញាតិជាច្រើន។ ខ្មែរក្រហមចាប់អតីតទាហាន ចងជាមួយខែ្សអំបោះបន្តគ្នា បើអ្នកហ៊ានធ្វើឲ្យខ្សែអំបោះដាច់ ខ្មែរក្រហមនិងយកទៅសម្លាប់។ មនុស្សចាស់ខ្លាចក្មេង។ ខ្ញុំរស់នៅជាមួយប្រពន្ធដែលពិការដៃម្ខាងនិងភ្នែកម្ខាង។ សព្វថ្ងៃខ្ញុំមានជំងឺប្រចាំកាយដូចជា ឈឺចង្កេះ ខូចតម្រង់នោម ពិការជើងឆ្វេង លើសឈាម។
