Top Siep, medic of 17 April hospital, conceded that Launh, was a medic of 17 April hospital. In June 1975, Ka-ok and Launh were free medics and frequently traveled with each other. After that, Ka-ok convinced Launh to join the White Khmer, and Launh then expanded hidden forces and provoked combatants working in hospital into having conflict.
តុប សៀប យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យ ១៧ មេសា បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡូញ យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យ ១៧ មេសា។ នៅខែ៦ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ក្អុក និង ឡូញ ជាមនុស្សសេរីដើរហើរស៊ីចុកជាមួយគ្នា។ ក្រោយមក ក្អុក អប់រំ ឡូញ ឱ្យចូលខ្មែរស ហើយបន្ទាប់មក ឡូញ ដើរប្រមូល កម្លាំង និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យឱ្យទំនាស់គ្នា។
