In 1971, Tea Chenda living at region 5 worked for the C.I.A. He informed that in August 1974, Un Sam-Oeun, soldier of Prasat village, Baray sub-district, also joined the C.I.A. During the war, Un Sam-Oeun had persuaded people to flee to an enemy area in Kampong Thom province.
