Sokh Moeun aka Mon, cadre of Platoon, Unit 502, confessed that in August 1972, Hy, chief of Baphnom district group, received a plan from Choeun to convince people to revolt against the revolution and to provoke soldiers into fleeing from their unit.
សុខ មឿន ហៅ ម៉ុន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូច អង្គភាព ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ី មេក្រុម កងស្រុកបាភ្នំ ថា នៅខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ហ៊ី បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ជឿន ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជន ឱ្យបំបះបំបោរប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និងឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ។
