In November 1973, Sok Nann, train ticket seller, joined the CIA agent and linked with Luy Lay Sreng. After the liberation, Hao Seng, working in Sok Nann knew that Meng who worked in textile factory T-4, introduced Sok Nann to know Meng, working in train unit.
សុក ណាន់ ជាអ្នកលក់សំបុត្ររទេះភ្លើង ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅខែ១១ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ហើយភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ លុយ ឡាយសេ្រង។ ក្រោយ រំដោះ សុក ណាន់ ដឹងថា ម៉េង នៅខាងរទេះភ្លើងដោយ ហោ សេង តំបាញ ត-៤ ប្រាប់។
