Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of Unit 310, confessed that in November 1975, Han received the plots from Ho and him, Phen, to build up force, to destroy ammunition warehouse, weapons and spare-parts. In January 1976, Han received plans from Ho, Ol and Yim. In March 1976, Han joined to burn down the warehouse of repairing materials. In July 1976, Han received a plan from Ho, Ol and Yim to burn down Embassy cars, GMC track, and a generator.
សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុក្រុមអង្គភាព ៣១០ ឆ្លើយថា ខែ១ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ហាន ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ហូ ជាមួយខ្លួន «ផែន»ការកសាងកម្លាំង បំផ្លាញឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់កាំភ្លើង និងគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីន។ ខែ១ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ហាន ទទួលផែនការពី ហូ, អុល, យឹម ខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ហាន ចូលរួមដុតឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈជួសជុល។ ខែ៧ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ហាន ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការពី ហូ, អុល, យីម ឱ្យកំទេច ឡានទូត ដុតឡានដែលនៅឆ្ងាយពីផ្ទះ ហាន កំទេចថ្នាំពេទ្យ ១០ ឡាំង ដុតឡាន សេអឹមសេ ១ គ្រឿង និងម៉ាស៊ីនភ្លើង ១គ្រឿង។
