Troeng Ngea, former professor in Battambang and chief of Khmer Kampuchea Association. On activity in 1974, was a chief of Khmer Kampuchea Krom association that donated by Lon Nol 6,000,000 Riel for printing Khmer Historical Book. In 1975, when us embassy with drow from Cambosia and Lon Nol escaped to over sea, Troeng Ngea, joined the meeting by Kim Nguon Trach was a governor of national Bank.
ត្រឹង ងា អតីតសាស្ដ្រាចារ្យបាត់ដំបង ប្រធានសមាគមន៍ខ្មែរកម្ពុជា ក្រោម។ អំពីសកម្មភាព ១៩៧៤ ធ្វើប្រធានសមាគមន៍ខ្មែរកម្ពុជា ក្រោមសុំលុយ លន់ ណុល ៦,០០០,០០០ រៀល បោះពុម្ព សៀវភៅប្រវត្ដិសាស្ដ្រខ្មែរ។ ១៩៧៥ ក្រោយពីទូតអាមេរិកចេញ ពីកម្ពុជា និងលន់ ណុល ទៅបរទេស ត្រឹង ងា បានចូលរួមប្រជុំតាម រយៈ គឹម ងួនត្រាច ជាទេសាភិបាលធនាគារជាតិ។
