Srei Lam aka Phoap, chief of messenger group, unit 310, admitted that in March 1976, Happ received a traitorous plan from Ek [was arrested by the Angkar]. The plan principally raised about an activity of expanding hidden network to destroy revolutionary properties and collecting foodstuff. In September 1976, Happ joined the meeting and accepted a plot from Mach to expand hidden network, to collect foodstuff, and to burn down ammunition warehouses. Moreover, In December 1976 Happ was also provided with the treacherous plan by March to convince combatants, to gather foodstuff, and to burn down weapon in late 1977.
