Ros Samoeun aka Lat admitted that In August 1975, Han convinced Lonh, Chief of Municipal Commerce Unit K-19, to work as traitor by criticizing indirectly that most people were intellectuals, why they decided to live in this society and received nothing. After that, Lonh mobilized networks to oppose to the revolution.
រស់ សំអឿន ហៅ ឡាត បាននិយាយថា នៅខែ៨ ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ឡុញ ប្រធាន ក-១៩ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ហាន អប់រំឱ្យក្បត់ដោយនិយាយថា មនុស្សសុទ្ធតែមានចំណេះវិជ្ជា បែរជាមករស់នៅជាមួយសង្គមនេះ គ្មានបានលទ្ធផលអីទេ។ ក្រោយ មក ឡុញ ដើរប្រមូលបក្សពួកឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
